This kit was great! High quality.
I needed biscuit cutters for homemade English muffins and this kit did the trick. I love the sifter. Much better quality than my old one. Easier to use and doesn’t rust. The silicone mat is perfect for bread making. This is a must have kit for biscuit and donut makers!

Nice baking set!
I am very happy with my purchase and so far I used the sifter and 2 of the biscuit cutters. Both performed very well and I dried them by hand as recommended after washing them. I'm hoping the stainless steel will remain shiny over the years. We'll see. The egg separator was difficult and slippery to use but it's not why I ordered this set and I don't really need to ever use it, I just tried it out when I was baking. I don't know if it's the size or it's my fault but I broke every egg yolk trying to use this thing. Maybe someone else in my family wants to find it in their Christmas Stocking next December!

Quality of products
Bought as a replacement for older items and it was a great choice. The biscuit cutter set is a great addition to my baking items. Not only are the good for biscuits but certain cookies, pastries and other confections. The silicone mat is excellent for shaping pie crusts and various types of pastries

A great baking kit
Everything in this set is good quality, but pay attention to the measurement of the pieces. The sifter is a little smaller than I expected, it holds maybe 1 1/2 cups. The silicone mate is the best part of this kit. The one notable issue I had was with the pastry cutter. The corners of the square edge were very sharp, almost like they were unfinished. I carefully sanded the corners until they were rounded. I think if you use it without rounding the corners you may end up damaging the mat or your counter with the sharp edges. Pros 1, there is allot in the kit 2, everything is good quality and sturdy 3, very easy to clean 4, great value for the moneyCons 1, small sifter 2, the sharp edges on the pastry cutter
