I love the finished product and so does my kiddo! (Excuse the messy toys)Assembly: be prepared to spend a couple hours putting it together. You will need to get a decent Allen wrench bc the one that comes with the hardware is garbage. I was able to put it together by myself and I’m a 4’9” female. I did have to have someone help hold a few pieces so I could get the sides together, but other than that it was a one woman job.Looks: it’s adorable. We didn’t put the tent on bc I wanted my daughter to be able to get in and out underneath without obstruction. She’s also just 3 so I need to be able to see what she’s up to.Sturdiness: it seems pretty solid. I personally won’t get up on it, but I’m a heavier set woman so I’m afraid. But I feel it would hold a thinner frame for sure. We got a 6 inch mattress from linespa (or whatever—Amazon) and it fits perfectly.Overall I would give this 4 out of 5 stars just because there could have been better instructions, better hardware/Allen wrench, and the tent fabric is cheap af, and seems like it will tear/fall apart very quickly with rough kids. But definitely happy for the price point (there were several similar options but they were in the $300-600 range. So for the price it was a good find).

I absolutely LOVE IT. My kids love them too. It is a tad hard to assemble by yourself. Fingers start to hurt after awhile. And I put 2 of these together in a day.

I bought two of these for my kids and they love them. One prefers sleeping underneath in the castle and one prefers sleeping on top.Some of the holes were drilled a little small so putting in some screws was really difficult. It should be assembled with two people but I was able to assemble each one alone in about three hours. Overall, the beds are super sturdy and big enough to last until the kids are well into their teens.

Husband didn’t have any issues putting it together. My 8 year old loves it.
