FlexiFreeze Ice Sheets, 88 Cube refreezable Flexible Chemical-Free, 6 Pack

I use these in coolers for the farmer’s market. They are literally single ice cube thickness, but they last through the market, one layer on the bottom and one over the top buffered by towels, and the ease of use and the ability to have single sheets covering the top rather than chunks of sideice have made these indispensable. They fit flat in the freezer section of the fridge, so nice and tidy.

I bought these ice sheets to put in my large cooler for the beach. They worked great! I did a layer of ice, then drinks, ice, drinks, etc. and they kept everything cold all day long. Even with kids constantly opening the cooler throughout the day. You do need to unload the cooler and refreeze the sheets each night, but the cells completely refroze every night, ready for the next day. A couple of cells popped, but it was fine because they just have pure water in them, so you don't worry about a nasty chemical getting on your drinks. I did this for 2 weeks and only 3 or 4 of the cells popped. These definitely worked great and saved money from having to buy bags of ice every day!

The product is very useful - we run a small restaurant and keep these in the walk-in freezer ready for use. They are very handy for quickly getting a portable cooler ready for us, and for keeping things cool when we do an external event. My only complaint is that individual cells develop leaks after only a few uses (freeze, use/thaw, refreeze). Not enough cells to affect the efficacy (so far) but still not quite as tough as I would hope. And, of course, one doesn't discover which cells have leaks until the sheet thaws ...

The pouches of water open up with tiny holes and I’m not sure why. It’s not like I’m putting sharp edges of bottle water in my cooler to have this happen. Get a better product like I’m going to do

I bought these for dual purpose - ice pack during recovery from surgery, and then to keep cooler cold. We cut one in half, but there is already a couple of cells in the middle that must have got punctured. Pack still functions, but hopefully there will be no more cell failures.
