Defective
I bought two of these for my '99 Dodge Ram2500 diesel. One was defective right out of the box- IT HAD NO SPLINES CUT IN IT!!I went with Timkin because they are supposed to be top quality, and they are made in USA. I didn't have time to wait on another to be delivered, so I went with Moog for the replacement. How does a part get out the door while missing one of the most important things needed for installation?

Just buy the Timken Bearings
If you own a Dodge 2500 4X4 this is a part you will need. Timken is the best. Don't try and save a few dollars, buy these and you are done. Install wasn't hard to do. You will need the special socket but that's it. I tried to get the socket at O'Reilly's and they don't stock it. NAPA got it in a day. If you don't have one just order it and the new axle nut and your good. Torque it down and you won't have any problems will wheel bearing again.I had Pep Boys do wheel bearings for me on a trip. Lasted less than a year or not much driving. Installed these in the driveway one afternoon. Job done. Only bearings I will use now. Bought them for the wife's Subaru also.

Hub face is poor quality and bearing leaked
When installing the wheel studs the face was gouged easily even with using a flat bushing between face and lugnut to pull studs through. Wheel bearing started leaking on one side 2 days after installation.

1998 Dodge 2500 CTD
Second time I’ve used Timken bearings wheel hub assembly’s for a Dodge 2500 truck, they work as advertised. Tip: these come with lugs, however they will need to be pressed on along with the rotor to the hub; use Lisle 22800 installer for this, make sure you purchase the OEM acorn nuts (at least 4-5 of them). Use a new acorn nut for every 4 lugs as the threads will wear quickly pulling the lugs through.

Would not be wise to go with anything other than ...
Would not be wise to go with anything other than Timken, originals had 180,000 miles and these will outlast the 1998 Dodge Ram 2500 I own. Should be able to get another 100,000 miles out of the truck without concern. Having put New Rotors on I should never have to pull these hubs again. Unless I decided to put new Axles in

NOT TIMKEN BEARINGS, RECEIVED MASTERPRO BEARINGS
MasterPro brand not Timken brand! First off Timken bearings are the best bearings you can buy! I am absolutely not knocking Timken products in anyway. This was a bait and switch from the seller that I bought these bearings from. I paid for Timken brand axle bearing which are very high quality and the reason they cost so much. The product I received is MasterPro brand, a cheap Chinese knock off. MasterPro is less than half the price and less than half the quality of Timken! Beware of this bait and switch and I hope Amazon removes this seller from their website for dishonesty!

Superior quality part for less money than auto parts stores. Fits Dodge 2500/3500SRW Dana 60
This is by far the best price I have found anywhere on a superior quality, made in USA unit bearing assembly. Installing this part (Dodge 2500/3500SRW Dana 60) is enough of a pain that you don't want to cheap out here. The best Advance Auto Parts could do was $160 for a Moog (made in China) unit.

Great product at a reasonable price.
Came in original Timken box and has Made in USA on the bearings. Studs were included. Can't get any better at this price. These fit my 8800GVW 1998 Dodge 2500 V10
