Reduced Arsenic to safe level: 15.1 ug/L ->> 4.4 ug/L (Qual RegLmt: 10)
Installed this filter in cold water line under kitchen sink following Board of Health test of well water. The Arsenic level was reduced from 15.1 to 4.4 ug/L, below the limit of 10. However, the sediment in the well water has slowed the flow through this filter even after it passed through a 5 micron whole house filter. This reduced pressure/flow is still acceptable for our kitchen purposes. May need to replace this filter more often.

very good filter but seems quite expensive.

Acceptable arsenic levels post filter
Just ordered another of these, our ground water arsenic was above acceptable levels (0.15) and a week after installing had our water re-tested by the same lab, came back well within tolerance (0.05). I'm not sure what the unit of testing was ppm etc but conclusion is the filter did exactly what we needed.

Our water has 14 parts per billion of arsenic. ...
Our water has 14 parts per billion of arsenic. With the Crystal Quest Arsenic filter it has less than 1 part per billion of arsenic. The tests were done in a lab in Waterville Maine.

Works
Been using these for a few years due to arsenic in my water. Had water tested before and after use and it does the job so I can use my ice maker.

Reduces Arsenic but wouldn't have bought the 2.5x10 size if flow rate was included in the write up
I used the 2.5 x 10 as an under counter filter on the kitchen cold water. The cold water flow rate is significantly decreased. No flow rate was listed in the Amazon write up. Finally went the the crystal quest web site and found the flow rating listed at .5 gpm. That is a icemaker filter rate. Figured out I should have bought the 4x10 to get a good flow rate. Also found out they offer 2 types of arsenic filters. one looks like arsenic only, the other (Smart) one looks like Arsenic and other bad stuff filter. Amazon carries both, but neither write up lists flow rates or expected life. The crystal quest web site does. Haven't tested this filter yet, but the first one I used did reduce the arsenic to below recommended limits.
