I like these in the fall / winter after the water turns over and the baitfish come up from down deep :)

great lure, very happy. hopefully catch more fish next season but so far not a complaint. its fishing so its mostly patience

Good lures for triggering strikes, but hooks are trash
these lures work great at getting fish hooked up, but unfortunately the manufacturer uses cheap garbage hooks. These lures get bit by smallmouth, walleye, pike, but you are scared to use a landing net because as soon as hook gets caught in net and fish start thrashing around, many times hooks are getting bent/twisted and even broken. Its ridiculous that every time I have a decent day fishing I have to repair a couple lures. Today rather than try to straighten some badly mangled hooks, I just elected to cut off and replace - the slightest pressure with needle nose pliers cut the eyes of the hooks like butter.
