SwissGear7895 Premium Rolling Garment Bag

Everything is great with this except for that it was missing the extra hanger portion that would allow to hang both sections in a closet at the same time, otherwise five star review.

It’s a nice looking bag and fit a lot of hanging clothes, but we didn’t realize until we were walking into the airport you have to tilt and drag the bag because it only has two stationary wheels. I cannot believe a suitcase purchased in 2023 doesn’t have four spinning wheels, especially when it costs almost $250. I will return it when we get back from Europe. Function rules over style every time, but especially with luggage.

I bought this suitcase for a five week trip through Europe. I had one just like it for over 20 years, but it was starting to show its age and my wife wanted me to replace it.This one, however, looked worse after one trip, than the old one did after 20 years. The very first time I picked it up off the conveyor belt, a flap near the top and come detached and it hung off that way for the rest of my trip.After a couple weeks, I noticed the material was tearing down by the wheels where the bag and hit the ground. And towards the end of the trip, the zipper that covers the extending handle was broken.I certainly expect a little wear and tear after a five week trip, but this was just not an acceptable amount. My wife bought a different suitcase for the same trip, and hers looked almost exactly the same when we got home as when we left.

The bag came in quickly, packaging intact, and we quickly inspected it for any defects including zipper operations. No flaws!! I packed the bag pretty full since we were heading out on a 2-week cruise and needed to ensure all our formal wear and shoes would fit without having to use more bags. The bag was perfect! It was easy to handle and performed as intended. We did our research on several different bags and companies, and are very pleased with our Swiss Gear purchase!

Advertised as a carry-on. It barely fit through xray machine (scrapped though opening) and gate attendant almost made me gate check it. Not worth the hassle if I have to argue every time I try to use it as a carry-on.
