Love the sound feedback and most importantly can be used indoors to work on swing mechanics in small spaces. Even can travel easily in a suitcase.

I like it. It helps correct grip position. It does give you a good feeling where the peak speed of your swing and the bottom if your swing. The only feature that would improve it would be if the resistance of the ball could be varied. I would like to see the pop occur on a slower swing as well.

good for warming up and balance

Great product but... grip is short, not very good for adults hand size. It's too small / short to grip right. Perfect for kids and beginners but not for adults.

I purchased this item in an effort to get a trainer that had a smaller footprint and I was not disappointed! This swing trainer is compact and very easy to use. In addition, I feel that my range of motion is much better than before because the larger swing trainers feel bulky and out of balance. I have not played a round of golf since using this trainer but I feel that my accuracy and distance will improve from the use of this trainer. I am satisfied overall.

Too lightnin weight

Very easy to use. Perfect for those starting to play and need to build muscle memory or hand grip placement. Instant feedback when the ball is fully extended. Recommended.

Not a great fit for people with larger hands. Does what is described.
