Perfect for running.
Great pack for running and keeping your hand free from having to hold bottles/phones/etc. Can hold a camel pack in the back plus two water bottles up front. Front pockets are also good for holding a cell phone. Smaller pockets can hold keys/cards/food/etc.

Great value bag used for daily run
I use these bags for my daily 8 mile run. Big enough for a waterproof, phone, small first aid kit, GoPro and soft water flask. It doesn’t move or bounce around and is well made. It’s not waterproof but that’s ok. The bag is great value and I’m onto my 4th. The only thing that gives out are the elastic bungees on the strap pockets which tend to last 12-18 months. I’ve tried other, more expensive, running bags of this size but this is the most comfortable I’ve come across.
