First time buying a headset. It is amazing!! It is super comfy and would suggest getting it if you sensitive ears. Now if you have a smaller head I wouldn’t suggest getting, but overall worth the price!!

The headset worked well at first...then poof!!Customers couldn't hear our voice very well, became weak sounding. Blocked out background noise great! Something happened with them, sent them back. Bought a different set at "Best Buy".

I ordered my first pair several years ago through work when the company was big on Skype. They were recommended by our IT department. The headsets were simply great. Just plugged them in and they worked with no drama. Light weight, high quality, could hear myself talking. Couldn't ask for more. I bought a second set on my own to have a travel set and for retirement. I never had a communication care in the world with my Leitner's even with so many Zoom calls due to Covid. But, I carelessly let the cord dangle precariously over my paper shredded and the paper shredder, being high quality as well, managed to eat the cord. I tried a cheaper headset for a few months but simply couldn't adjust to them, didn't like them. I had to come back for another Leitner set. I worked my entire career in quality positions. I was brought up with the notion of buying the highest quality you can afford so you only have to buy once or at least a lot less often. This headset meets my quality standards.

If you are concerned (we were) that this set which comes with a USB connection would (or would not) work with an iPad or iPhone (iOS), fear not. However. Repeat: However, you need to purchase an adaptor for the iPad that allows the only input on the iPad to be connected to a device that will allow a standard USB connection (plus the ability to keep the iPad charged).If you get one of these "gender bender" converters (we bought the LENTION USB-C Multi-Port Hub with 4K HDMI Output, 4 USB 3.0, Type C Charging Adapter Compatible 2020-2016 MacBook Pro ) these wired "phones+mic" work great and, more importantly, sound great. Your caller won't believe how good you sound (we did get the one with the foam shield over the microphone tip). We use this for MicroSoft Teams and Zoom calls and it is a big step up from another great product, an 'emeet' speakerphone that we were using (that was good, this is better).Highly recommended. We can't comment on any of the wireless products, but this wired headset is a 10 (or 5-stars).

I already own wireless LH375.The wired headset LH250 works fantastic.Sound quality is amazing, just as good as the wireless.Comfort is amazing. Good luck finding a headset that's more customizable than this. You can literally bend the entire headband every inch of it in any direction you want. It would be impossible to not get it to fit correctly It just takes some time!Additionally, headsets.com has the best customer service in the world I swear to god just call them!

I was a little hesitant because of the price but since I use them every day I figured they'd be a good investment. I got tired of the battery dying in my Plantronics bluetooth headset during long calls. These fit the bill nicely. My coworkers noticed the increased sound quality immediately.I didn't give 5 stars because I find the audio controls inconveniently placed. I'm sure there is a good reason for the controls being on the USB side of the quick release but it makes it more difficult to find the controls quickly since they're so far away from the headset. You really need to hold the controls for the whole call. The controls also don't integrate with Zoom. Microsoft Teams works great, though.

The foam was a little hard to stretch over the earphones but it’s fine. For so many of us working from home and zooming, it’s important that your equipment is reliable and works well. I received email from the seller and a 5 year guarantee which is great.

Great quality for noise canceling and sound. My dog barking could be heard, the TV next to me, on low volume was not. Disappointed with the lack of comfort, not enough padding. After an hour, my ear was sore. I am on calls for minimum of 8 hours a day, I need something more comfortable. Returned it for another brand, that works great!
