They used to hold a lot of water now the pads are thinner they used to be thicker
The pads are thinner they used to be thicker more absorbing now I buy them cause I need them you need an xx larger size more thicker

Product arrived damaged
I have purchased these pee pads from a brick and mortar store in the past. I decided to order through Amazon this time around because of the bigger savings. The product box arrived with two packages of pads inside. One package contained defective pads. One side of each pad was shredded. I contacted the manufacturer and with a photo and a description. I was told that I could send the damaged portion back to them, at my cost, they would evaluate and see about a refund or replacement. They also wanted a sales receipt for a refund, which I didn't have since I bought through Amazon. I would have been happy with a simple replacement. When I emailed back and said that I didn't feel that it was right that I should have to pay for the shipping back to them, they never responded again. I will be buying pads from a different company from now on.
