This has to be the best pasta I have ever tasted. Top quality Durum wheat pasta. Even if over cooked still retains that al dente bite. Perfect with seafood or even mince with some parmesan. I sometimes cook a large batch of around 150g, coat with olive oil, then leave in the fridge to munch on cold whenever I need a quick carb load before weight training. It will last a good few days in the fridge in an airtight container. Eating cold increases the resistant starch, so quite healthy to eat this way. 20 strands averages 50g so around 10 portions per pack, or 5 for a large meal.
