The media could not be loaded.  I was almost put off by feedback, at least 2, mentioning that only the largest size screws fit. I can only imagine the poster didn't catch the screw head in the inner metal part which has a smaller aperture. It fits all the screw heads in the kit.Also negative posters said the inner part was plastic but it is metal.Unlike other models there's no screw on the pulling area as the design is better as the screws fall off on those other models according to their feedback.The tool is heavy and feels really good quality.It's a good size for smaller handed people, women & men & larger hands too.Instructions are simple images on the case and also the outer sleeve too. You can cut the sleeve instructions and put in the case just in case those on the box lid become faded. However, I still suggest watching the video &/or choosing a video online to watch as there are little tips on these videos. e.g they explain & show in detail how to use.I did this because I want to make sure not to damage the wall & also learn how to avoid electrical cables & pipes.I also did a best product search & in tests this came out top. Just get the screw head set right & you'll see it fits fine in the black inner metal U grip.P.S. When you want to set the hooks and the head obviously won't fit the tool... Simply replace the hook with same size screw with normal head... THEN after setting the anchor remove the normal screw and replace with the hook or L shape fixing.

Good .easy to use

This is a great starter set if you’re in need of the setting tool (if you don’t have one and are thinking of trying without, don’t waste your time. It’s sooo much quicker (60 seconds Vs 30mins). The tool seems good quality and the anchor bolts that come in the set are a good selection for household use.Top tip, I’ve sometimes found the anchor won’t open out easily using the tool. If this happens, take the anchor out the wall and check all the legs haven’t folded in on themselves, as this will prevent them opening out (they try and open inwards and obviously can’t). Just jimmy them out a little with a screwdriver so they open outwards when the tool is used.

What’s the point of having a tool to fit the plugs, when the slot is bigger than the screw head!!! You can move the tool so as the vee slot in the tool fits the screw head, but only just and it keeps slipping off. Total waste of money and time. My son in law has a better fitting tool and the plugs are fine with that.
