Seat doesn’t Move
The delivery from Amazon was fine, no problem at all.This is quite expensive but is the only seat I’ve found which is fixed to the normal holes at the Bach of the basin, it does say it’s not suitable for all toilets and ours was difficult to fix, as I hadn’t got much room and plastic nuts are too large but did manage in the end, it would be helpful if I new the nut thread which could have been included on the installing drawing.

Lovely and well made product
Had to return it as it didn’t fit my toilet. I thought I had a d shape pan, but it was square shape. So didn’t fit properly.Shame, because this product is well made and very easy to fit

Excellent high seat
Excellent. The high price has made it worthwhile if a higher seat is needed fort medical reasons.

Dissapointed
Instructions are not very clear an there are no contact supplier details on amazon. So far have not been able to fit as the seat will not fit securely and keeps moving about. Hope to get more info from supplier or will return
