Das Spätzlesieb kann man bequem auf einen handelsüblichen Topf platzieren, um dann einen ordentlichen Spätzleteig alleine und mit einer Hand ohne Probleme durchzusieben. Dafür wurde ein flexibler, kostengünstiger Schaber mitgeliefert. Die Spätzle haben eine gleichmäßige Größe und das Kochen ist dann nur noch eine Sache von Minuten, nachdem der Teig vorbereitet wurde. Das Sieb ist relativ stabil, die Bearbeitungsqualität ist ok. Man verletzt sich nicht, es ist ein guter Kompromiss zwischen Qualität und Quantität. Auch lässt es sich einfach per Hand und in der Spülmaschine reinigen.
