Best Tube Doors available for the JK Wrangler
These are the best tube doors out there for the Wrangler JK, especially when you consider their price compared to other comparative offerings.PROS:- Stylish: They look like JK half doors at a fraction of the price.- Latches which can be opened from the inside and outside- Made of aluminum: So they're lighter, they won't rust, and just as strong as steal alternatives.- Include Door locks with keys: At 1st I thought it was silly to have door locks on a tube door, but if you have small kids, the benefit is that it keeps the doors locked so they can't be opened by the kids and having them accidentally tumble out of your Jeep. Think, "Child Safety Locks".- No Rattle, perfect fit.- Straps included: No accidentally swinging the door open where it gives you the ever popular cowl dimple dings from the mirrors.- No Nets Needed: Why shop around and have to purchase silly additional door netting for added protection, where the nets are over priced and will get dirty and catch on tree branches etc?- Durable Powder coating: These are well powder coated and resists scratching.- Great value price: I have a 4 door JKU and picked up all 4 doors for less than $500.CONS:-NoneAdditional comments in regards to negative comments from reviews I've read from others:1. Latch Alignment: Some have mentioned needing/being instructed to adjust the JK's striker (The part on the Jeep that holds the door shut). This is not needed, if you know what you're doing. I didn't need to adjust my latches since the doors perfectly aligned out of the box, but if you do there are 4 screws which holds the handle and door latch on the tube doors. You can loosen these 4 screws, and then re-adjust the door latch to align with the striker. No need to adjust the striker. It mentions to adjust the striker if needed in the instructions, where common sense tells you if you look at the door latch on the door, that can be adjusted instead.2. Door straps not fitting: These are non sense statements if you've purchased your JK new. The holes for the door straps on these doors are the exact same size hole as the factory door straps. Yes, the factory door straps are tight and hard to put on and off the strap hooks as well and when the straps are new on your factory doors, just like these are difficult as well when new, but both fit and eventually stretch out over time and become easier to take on and off over time. If the "new" aspect bothers you, then these straps additionally give you the ability to open the loop up even further by clipping a few threads with a pair of nippers. Something even the factory straps don't provide.

I Really Like These Rear Doors
Although I'm a Prime subscriber, I ordered these from the "Internet Sales" Amazon vendor as the price differential was like $35. Shipping was quite fast...3 days.Installed on a 2013 Jeep Sahara Unlimited (soft top.)Installation was a snap, assuming you've already removed your stock doors. The hardest part is reattaching the door straps to the hooks on your jeep. I found it easiest to close the door and reattach the strap from inside your Jeep. These are rear doors and didn't require any adjustment to the door strikers...they close nice and tight. Still, I suggest you take a maker and outline the shape of the striker where it attaches to the door pillar so that if you do have to adjust the strikers, you can easily return them to their original positions when re-installing the stock doors. Aries products are made in the USA and provide economical additions you your Jeep.I personally like the crinkle finish and plan on covering the top bar (where you might rest your arm) with some foam pipe insulation from your FLHS (Friendly Local Home Store).I'm waiting on a set of front doors from that big company in Chicago whose price was substantially better and will review them when they arrive. Thanks for reading my review. I did not receive any discount whatsoever for writing it and think it's naive to believe those who do will write a fair and totally honest review. After all, too many critical reviews equals no more discounts. : -]

Good doors for the price, with a couple of issues
As others have stated in reviews the door straps "Will Not" fit over the factory hooks, so this issue still hasn't been corrected. I had to cut the stitching on the straps, and re-stitch, fortunately I have the equipment to do this where most customers will not. Also they wanted me to adjust my door strikers for the doors to latch correctly. I'm not about to do this since I only put the doors on occasionally and am not going to mess with the ability of my factory doors latching properly. I'm just going to open up the latch mounting holes to allow me to re-position their latchs to work. The front version of these doors latch firmly with the included rubber bumpers in place, the rears however the bumpers don't line up quite right so they rattle. Well the doors look, and fit great, powder coating is above average compared to other products I have gotten lately for my Jeep, They came out of the box pretty much ready to drop on, which I did, but the latching was a bit finicky as mentioned above. And above all else you won't find better tube doors out there in aluminum that are even close to this price. This alone made me bump from 3 to 4 stars.

Well made, quality materials and look awesome!
Doors are beautifully made! Quality feel and fit perfectly in my 2012 Wrangler JKU! Super easy to install and latch securely for my kids. Highly recommended!

Three Stars
The latches bend back from closing them. Kind of a cheap design, but they're functional without other issue's.

Unfinished design
Great looking and sturdy overall. Paint finish on the handles was very poor, surprised that past visual inspection. One door latch would not align with the bracket on the Jeep, so I had to move the bracket, so now my factory door won't shut unless I move it back. These doors come with rubber bumpers to keep it still against the Jeep. Those bumpers came with some of the tiniest screws you can imagine to install it. The problem is that there is no place to mount these bumpers and screws on the door, so I guess you are supposed to drive this screw, that looks like something that would hold a cell phone cover on, into the metal door. That screw would strip at 15 in lbs, no way it's going into that door. The instructions just say "install the bumpers with screws provided". So the doors rattle when driving until I figure out a home made solution. Still, given the low price of these VS other options, its an ok deal. You get what you pay for.
