Value???
I bought these thinking the might save some money on electrical expenses. I plugged them in and forgot it. When the electric bill came, I could not see any change in cost. My adult son came by and saw the units plugged into the wall and ask what they were for. I told him it was supposed to save us on energy. My son laughed, took one off the wall plug and took it apart. He showed me to tiny piece of circuitry and said it is costing me money to have the little green light on all the time. So I have a question for everyone. How can you tell if these gadgets actually work?

I just plugged it in but...
I don't know if it works yet but I will update this once I do.My complaint is simply that companies selling products in the US should not just rely on Google translate for their instructions, they need to have somebody proof read them whose first language is English. This item doesn't require much instruction so it's not too bad but there's no telling what context I'm missing.

My light bill is 30% less for the past 2 months...my lights stopped flickering too...when our lights surged last night it quickly reset without having to reset the breakers...I am sold

shuts down on energy where it is most needed!
It shut down the power of the refrigerator/freezer to the point that things began to thaw in freezer!Got cooler in the house also during the winter!
