Seemingly useless and hopeless connectors
Does this actually work? I have two of these and have plugged them into my Huaeai e5377 and if they make a difference at all it's that I immediately lose a bar or two of signal.I have checked the frequency of these and they do match my provider which is 3 and they don't improve a thing.The worst thing about these is that the connectors simply fail to connect to the MiFi unit. A small nudge and the cables fall away. I am never certain that they are connected at all and, to be honest, they seem to be utterly useless.I am going to look for a replacement. One whose cables connect and stay connected for a start...Edit. I have just opened up mine to see how it was constructed and I had to make my hats off to the makers of this device for having the gall to dare to flog this rubbish. All this antenna is is a thin piece of copper foil glued to a piece of plastic.The construction is laughable at the antenna end (the connector end simply doesn't work) and I can tell you one thing for nothing; it isn't omni-directional at all. And there is no way that this is calibrated to the various frequencies that they claim.So, one star of this item of snake-oil is one star too many. It's junk and I think that I will make my own as there is no way that this pile of tat is worth more than one quid. A total rip-off.

Does what is says on the tin
Bought one of these for use with a Huawei mobile wifi modem. Having tried another aerial without success, I was pleased to see that this one actually worked for me. I have used it successfully on my boat in an area of extremely poor mobile reception and I managed to connect to the Three network. It wasn't a perfect signal but plenty good enough for light internet use.

Made a noticeable difference - it decreased the signal
Tried 6 speed tests with it plugged in and 6 just with my dongle alone. Could be a huge coincidence but it seems to me like this actually decreases the signal quality.

Works Well, Suction cup stand not much use
Normally getting 1-2 bars without it.With it getting 4-5 bars signal.Takes a few seconds to register a stronger signal.Fits my Huawei MiFi E5776s-32.Connector is good and strong.Suction cup stand is not up to much (I just propped it up against the window).
