Nice sturdy lock but tricky
The quality of lock is great and the product was as advertised but its a little tricky to unlock. With all of the locks you cannot put the key all the way through but you have to leave a small gap for the key to work. Its okay once you get used to the trick but if you lend it to anyone they will not understand it until you tell them.

Al luggage locks are keyed the same
Having bought the same brand of lock some 10 years ago I was happy to find them still available. However, that joy vanished when I discovered that the same key from the 10 year old lock was identical to the new purchase. My opinion is that if you want security I would surely purchase a brand that changes the lock/key mechanism every couple of years. These remind me of the locks one would fine a juvenile lock box of yesteryear !
