I loved that this pillow has a metal plate in it that keeps it bridge shaped. It's strong enough that the weight of my head doesn't push it down to my mattress.I ended up using it turned horizontally instead of vertically with my partner's arm underneath. I'm a side sleeper and have neck problems so I appreciate the height of the pillow and I can tuck my hands under the pillow without them being squished.Btw my partner really liked sleeping with their arm under the pillow and said it was more comfortable than without

Your arm probably won’t fit comfortably under the pillow, I am female size 4. However I have found a great use for using this to relieve neck pain, and it’s great for traveling. Not want I wanted/expected at first but it’s my go to grab often item

I bought this pillow for my boyfriend because his arm and shoulder was hurting-not so much because I was sleeping on it but because he was. It’s soft to the touch because of the foam but not so soft to lay on if you like a soft pillow. For a grown man, it’s small. It has helped his arm and shoulder feel better but it’s a little awkward to adjust and find the right position to use because of the shape and size.

I sleep on my arm and constantly end up messing it up. My tendons and arm Fallin asleep ever since I got this it has helped a lot. It has fixed some back issues and I feel great. Only issue I have is that it is too small a larger version would be amazing

do not buy! I forgot to return it in time as I was traveling for a month, but definitely wish I could. Not worth $5, much less the cost. Not only is the pillow very uncomfortable, it doesn't work for what you pay for it to do. My girlfriend laid down on the pillow and I put my arm in the hole....I am not a big person at all, nor is my girlfriend, yet i still felt the weight of her head on my arm. Not worth anything!

I bought a satin pillow cover and sewed it in half to fit this pillow. It stunk the first 2 days, but is fine now. I even took it with me on a trip. Works great to stick your arm through, but I also invert it and sleep with it cradling my neck. Then as I tend to roll from side to side for old hips, it rocks and supports every position. This was a GREAT find!

This does not work at all for side sleepers. My should still kills when I wake up and I could not find a comfortable position with it that worked. Waste of money for side sleepers.

I bought this to relieve my husbands shoulder pain but it's too small for his arm. He is a large guy. I can use it to support my head and it relieves my neck pain but it takes some manipulating to get into the right place. It definitely helps me but probably needs to be larger for men.
