Nice roller. Just the right size for traveling. Dense foam. I am very happy with it and will bring it wherever I go!

Love this little roller. It's perfect for travel as it's small. But I mostly use it at home and it's just fine. It's stiff, but i just used it on the bed until I got use to it. GREAT for stiff back release.

Harder than expected but otherwise fine

Edited review as of Oct. 2017: this original green foam roller was unfortunately not dense enough for me. The company kindly gave me a refund like two months ago, no questions asked, which I really appreciated. Yesterday I got a package in the mail that I wasn't expecting. I was puzzled to find a travel size foam roller I did not order. It turned out to be a new, denser foam roller from this company that was EXACTLY what I was looking for! It hasn't even been released yet! I used it last night and I'm really pleased. I'm confident it'll work for my upcoming two week trip in November. The package included a typed up note, with a real signature by the founder, expressing his desire to correct my unhappiness with the original green foam roller I purchased by providing me with this newer model they were working on. In this day and age, this level of personalized service and courtesy is hard to find from a company. For this reason, I'm editing my review and will be recommending their new foam travel size roller when it comes out! Original review: Bought this for a three week trip and I wish I had tested it before leaving because it's worthless. Not worth it for your shoulders or back. It's not sturdy enough and it slips everywhere. The foam isn't very dense compared to my other full size roller either.

I searched to find a roller that wasnt as rigid as everything else. I bought this particular roller because it was billed as soft. Well it is not soft by any means. I need it for my back and it's way to rigid. I can stand on it and roll. Is not soft! Not happy with it.

Nice for traveling. I took this on a trip to Japan and to Costa Rica. Fit will ok my back. Very very firm. The one I normally use Is not as hard as this one. It’s also smaller so it is a little more difficult to use. Overall mostly Did what I needed it to do.

I bought this for a trip to Japan that started a couple weeks after I finished my physical therapy sessions for an injured achilles tendon. I knew Japan was very walking-intensive, so I feared for the health of my legs and tendon. I foam rolled at home all the time to help with that, so I bought this one to bring with me on the trip. It was the true MVP of my entire trip. The end of each day in Japan found me sore and aching in the legs, but no matter how tired I was, I set aside time to foam roll my legs and back. I never woke up sore after that, I always woke up ready to begin a new day of walking. I was so afraid of reinjuring myself on such an intense trip, but thanks to this little foam roller, I powered through without any significant pain. It fit perfectly inside my roller carry-on. Some folks might think it takes up too much room (I'd say it took up a 1/10 of the length), but for something this important, I was willing to sacrifice that space. Am definitely going to travel with this always!
