Once I figured out how to screw into the beams in our ceiling, this was easy to install. My daughter uses this every day and even does "drops" which scare me. She hasn't gotten hurt yet! lol

The swing I ordered did not come with carabiners, as was advertised.Good quality,but I would have liked to receive what I paid for.

Got this for inversion and core strength, but you can stretch with it, sit in it like a little stork baby (ASD/OCD/SPD folks, it’s perfect for disappearing in! I used to have a spot in the corner by the couch but a spider threatened me so this is my new nook.) take it camping, or if you do a single mount and get one of those swivel hook things, spin like an awkward antigravity top while your partner laughs at you. I put the ceiling mount a little too close to the bed in an exposed beam so sometimes the mattress boops me in the head. Keep in mind it’s a swing when choosing a spot for it. The beam is about 8 1/2’ up, and I had enough “tail” of fabric left to loop them into extra handles (or footles, I suppose… haven’t tried that kind of workout on it yet!) so even if you have 11 or 12’ ceilings you’re probably still good depending on how you hang it. It all comes down with the 2 carabiners so no re-tying or anything to put up/take down, just the hooks and all that’s left is a ring up there. Fabric is WIDE! So even if it’s set up like a hammock you can still double it up and have plenty room. So far no snags or pulls in the fabric, but the cat hasn’t taken interest in it yet.

I really wanted to learn how to do silks and this is perfect! I’ve had mine for a year now and It’s holding up great. It’s super fun to learn drops on and the fabric is so nice.

Did not include the daisy chains. So, I can't hang the hammock. The listing states they are included. Tried messaging seller. No response. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Can't even try the item to see if I like it.

I have two girls who love all things gymnastics so this was for sure a favourite Christmas gift. Once we figured out how to actually set it up (there are no instructions) it’s been a lot of fun.We watched some youtube videos on how to properly tie the knots. Make sure you buy some mats to put underneath.

I'm giving this only 1 star as there is no instructions or manual, guide, nothing that shows you how to set this up, how to tie the knots or anything that is helpful in using. I had to search up YouTube videos to figure this out.

Shipped and recieved as described with all pieces. It would have been nice to have some guidelines included about which knots to use when tying, but otherwise very pleased with it.
