Frozen Veggie Pizza is Supreme!
The veggie pizzas are terrific! And at just under 500 calories a pie there are never any regrets after eating one. Must say that upon seeing the frozen pizza I was doubtful that it would look anything like the pizza pictured on the packaging, but I was completely wrong. After heating, the pizza looks and tastes great!Three things to keep in mind to cook it just right. Heating is key. It has a thin crust so you should watch it after 8 minutes or so in the oven because 12 minutes heating in one oven may only equal 9 minutes in a different oven. The second and most important factor for determining if the pizza is a success or fail is using parchment paper. I’ve used both a baking sheet and a vented pan and the pizza came out good, but it was gooey even after cooling. The directions recommend parchment paper with a baking sheet, so I tried that and wow, that made all the difference. I was able to pick up a slice! Third, let the pizza cool a few minutes-does not take long. You may not want to buy parchment paper but it can be reused and is well worth it if you like these pizzas. I’ve tried three types and like them all, and even though pepperoni is usually my favorite the veggie is out of this world good!

great Customer service
These so called pizzas, are over priced, the crust never gets hard, they remain, soft and soggy, tried cooking longer to make the crust crispy, but it starts burning, and never gets crispy. For what I paid for each pizza, they are horrible tasting, I don’t recommend these to anyone, will never purchase these again. If you expect a pizza, this isn’t a pizza, it’s a soggy mess. Talk to Cali Flour and they refunded my money, I got to say if you are not satisfied with their product, they will take care of you.

Tasty pizza for sure if you love cauliflower.
I was a little bit concerned with the shipment getting here in time but I put them in the freezer when they got here. Next day I had one, very tasty.

Terrible- Soggy Crust & Rancid Taste
Don’t waste your money or your calories on this. Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Pizza is better. This shouldn’t even be on the market it’s taste so awful.

Not good
Crust is soggy unless you burn the whole thing to give the bottom enough time to firm up.

Has this changed? Not the same as I had before.
I had one a few months ago and it tasted good and was a fun change. Being gluten free meant I could eat it Had another a few weeks later and wasn't easy to get off the pan but tasted ok. Today's version was inedible. It filled the house with an awful smell, started turned black on edges after 5 minutes, cheese (?) melted fast in a weird way, pepperoni looked out-of-date and the whole thing turned into a gluey mess.
