My Great Grandson loves his swing it send him to sleep

I bought this swing in November and it was eligible to return untill 31st January the swing it self has very good and practical features as you can’t find all of them in a single product specially in the given price…how ever my swing started to Stuck in between when my son really started to enjoy it in January contacted seller got quick reply and was offered a new replacement of the product or full refund whatever i prefer…really happy with the seller and service provided

I bought the product by liking it and trusting its comments, but it misled me. The product is very easy to install and the durability is not bad, but there are some issues.-You cannot recline the seat, if your baby is a few months old, his neck is crushed.-The floor on it is very slippery and the baby is constantly sliding down.-The system made for you to lock your baby is very hard and therefore it damages the child's ears, under the ears or neck part. This product was supposed to be made from a softer and baby-friendly product. Because it's right next to the baby's head and it's bothering him.-You can't adjust the vibration level, which is not a good thing.-No matter how loud I turn the volume up, it can't be heard much.
