Q: The description says it’s for diving but the “about this item” section it’s not for diving. How long can this watch stay submerged?

According to their website, the Seastar 1000 automatic is one of Tissot’s toughest diving watches with a depth capacity of 300 meters or 1,000 feet. Unless you plan to be in deeper water than that, this watch should do just fine. I think it’s a great watch.

I have the Seastar Powermatic 80 Silicium The movement is automatic. The watch is fantastic and keeps better time than my $2k Tag Heuer did. I’ve had it for almost 6 months. I highly recommend
