Interesting foursome conversation between Weston (who?) Naef and 3 other participants including those who knew Kertesz "intimately". Once you get through their theories, on "why" and "where" Kertesz took his photographs, you can enjoy a tight and strong image selection. An eye-full despite the small format.

A very well produced introduction to Kertesz' work. The reproductions are small but the images are reasonably well printed with detailed captions offered for each. Many beautiful and fascinating images are included. The book concludes with a chronology of Kertesz' life and excerpts from a informal 1993 colloquium about his life and work. Well worth the low price.
