Minnetonka Men's Classic Camp Moccasin

These were Good, I had ordered a pair of these and had problems. There were ridges under the insoles of both shoes. At the heel and instep. I had phoned Minnetonka, they suggested ordering a different model. I have worn this model for years, I took a chance and reordered the same model and they were GOOD. No humps, no bumps.

Fit is good, Mocs are well made. Cheaper and more comfortable than "athletic shoes!" My ONLY complaint is that when the hard sole is worn out, after several years of wear, it costs more to professionally resole than the original/replacement cost of the Moc! I've been a wearer of Minnetonka moc's for 50+ years; a VERY SATISFIED customer!

As with other Minnetonka shoes I've owned, this shoe is well made. My perfect shoe size is 9 narrow, so I always have to go one half or a full size down to get a shoe that fits. I purchased a size 8.5 in this shoe and the length is perfect. However, this shoe will run wide no matter what size you wear. Label in shoe shows made in the dominican republic.

I would like start off by saying I have owned and loved my previous minnetonkas I had for over 6 years until no longer usuable. I tend to find something I like and stick to it. Thus I wanted to stay loyal to the company that made my last amazing pair expecting similar results. Upon arrival I noticed the box was well loved with holes torn lid not sure whether from the shipping or just sitting in the back of a warehouse in inventory. The product was in the same state as the box. Although the leather was intact with no scratches, the lace from one of the shoes was already frayed and broken as if someone used them when I bought these supposedly "new".I found the other piece at the bottom of the box. I continued inspected the craftsmanship of the product and noticed a raised hump in the right heel cushion. Trying them on the raised bump was extremely uncomfortable and noticible. The sizing also runs almost an inch larger than stated (I run 12.5-13). Worst yet the left one felt even larger than the right making me question the quality assurance of these. Recommend buying a full size down. I placed my other shoe (size 13) next to them and not only were these longer but far wider than my other shoe only adding to the discrepancy in size. Overall I am very unsatisfied and feel as though I received a poorly crafted shoe that was not check by quality assurance before release. Now I have to wait to return and receive the correct size and replacement of this defected product. Also side note my last pair said made in U.S.A., but these new ones say made in Dominican Republic. I am not sure if this change is the reason for these mistakes but I am pretty sad about the change. I thought I was supporting a a true American made product. I truly hope Minnetonka and/or Amazon can make this right and correct and send me a new product with no issues in the correct size. I will keep you guys updated with the status of my issues. Please do not let this one isolated incident sway you away from minnetonkas. as I stated earlier I loved my last pair I am still willing to give them another shot.

I was looking for leather moccasins with a leather lining and these fit the bill. I bought the size I most often purchase and was recommended by Amazon (11.5). They arrived and were way too tight on the sides but seems the right length. So I returned them and ordered the 11.5 wide. They arrived and were fine on the sides, but too long as my feet were falling out of them. So back they went and I ordered 11 wide. The 11 wide arrived and they were the right length but now were too wide. I haven't worn 11s since 7th grade. But back these went and ordered 11 regular. They have not yet arrived, but my feeling is that these moccasins are a bit crap shoot when it comes to size. To sum up, my regular size shoe is 11.5 regular fit (all other shoes I own), it looks like the size that will fit in these moccasins is 11 wide. You may want to consider this when purchasing.
