These are very cute and give off a surprising amount of light. We use them on a small deck where larger bulbs would be too much.

When I received these I didn't have super high hopes. I've had dollars lights in the past that weren't the brightest. Or they were bright for about 10 minutes and than already began to dim. When these came I set them up on my porch. I put the solar panel outside during the day because right off our porch gets a ton of sun. I turned them on when we went to sit on our porch in the evening. To my surprise - even with probably only about 2 hours in direct sunlight - these stayed lit and stayed bright for the whole time we were out there! Probably about 3 hours? They have 2 modes, solid light and then blinking. I have only used it on the solid setting but the blinking would be fun too. The lights themselves are really cute! They are perfect for a porch or an outside patio. The only thing I wish is that there was some way to detach the solar panel so you could charge that separately and then reattach to the lights. I'm not sure if something like that is even possibly but it would be SO much handier that way. It does come with a stake to attach the solar panel to outside but I didn't end up using that. These lights have definitely spruced up my porch and I love that they aren't using electricity.I recieved this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. The Mufu Solar String Lights are simple and easy to use. It says that it must have direct sunlight in an open area but I found if you have at least a small area which receives direct sunlight in which to place the solar panel then it works perfectly. I have it on a deck with the panel facing up and not staked in the ground.The lights last for hours and look beautiful twirled through my desk. The solar string lights are ideal for a deck, patio, or screened in porch. These solar string lights are exactly what I have been looking for to hang up in the windows of my apartment for a little added decoration. They are a warm white/light yellow in color when you turn them on. The bulbs and chord both feel like they are nice and sturdy, and feel like they are made of a good quality material. The solar panel box is nice, as it comes with an optional stake for if you’re placing it outside. The solar box is actually rather simple as well, with an on/off button and a button to toggle the modes. These are really nice lights! The solar option is great and seems to work very well. the bulbs are a nice solid material so they won't break the way glass bulbs do. The light is a nice soft glow just as pictured. I plan to order more so I can light up my whole patio area.
