The bones that I received were nothing like the ones advertised, they were completely bare and hollow, no meat at all, also completely shattered into sharp shards, very disappointed as I have bought these before and they were much better

I have purchased these dog bones many times and been more than happy with the quality. However this order was very disappointing the bones where of a larger size and all completely stripped inside and out neither of my dogs enjoyed these bones as they did the past ones and I ended up throwing them away which was a waste as they are not a cheap treat. I will be reluctant now to purchase these again.

The first box I had were good bones, small, rounded with a bit of fat or meat to crunch on and the bone was shaped as a knuckle bone. The second box were all very flat bones like the top of a rib bone with the bit at the very top coming off very easily and that was the only bit with any residue of fat/meat on it and these flat bones after the top part has come off, unlike the rounded mini bones, become very sharp and quite brittle after my dog has chomped on them for a few minutes. The only reason I bought another box was in the hope they would be the rounded mini bones, as in the first box, but alas no. I purchased a box for a friends dogs after I had the original box, but he’s started going to the shop to buy his, not because they’re cheaper because they’re not but because he gets to choose the shape for his dogs, as he wasn’t impressed with the flat rib bones he got in his box either! Sorry, I won’t be getting any more of these until you start putting proper bones back in the boxes, not rib tops!

Absolutely what not about giving your beloved dogs a juicy beef bone. They are carefully prepared for your dog to enjoy and help clean their teeth and occupy them for hours. I really do feel it good value for money and they are packaged in a lovely box and presented lovely. I highly recommend this quality product for your canine to enjoy as a treat or when you go out and leave them behind, as it will keep them busy and out of mischief.

I’ve been buying these bones for several years and have never been disappointed. My last box however,Mini Beef, the sizes were a little larger than normal, with little roasted goodness my dachshunds absolutely love. Hopefully just a blip, I’m sure if I could contact directly they would appreciate. I still rate 5 stars. Excellent for cleaning their teeth.
