Defective twice
I ordered the first time and discovered the locking cable nearly pulled out of the actuator. So sent it back and got another one. Installed it and the door would not open from the outside, that cable would not release the latch. They look good, seem to be made well enough but that’s 2 in a row that are bad.

binds and seems too hard to open the door
A couple times I could not open the door for a few days, the lock binds itself or the cables drag im not sure witch but its a pta. over time it has loosened up and stopped getting stuck.

Only works from the inside
I bought this a while back and here I am again to buy another because I'm sick of not being able to open the door from the outside. Works perfectly fine from the inside. There's just no way to adjust or tweak it when the cable is just too long.

Don’t buy
Broke within two months and now my door doesn’t open. I took my door panel off and the cheap plastic around the cord broke and so it won’t pull the cord to open the door.

Did not hardly work.changed it out with oem part now it works perfectly
