Not a product for the price charged. Wood for base block is cracked/chipped at 2 places. No support washers for the screws as shown. No instructions to assemble given with the product.

Overall good..the only problem was that the height was small

This embroidery stand does not hold up, it is not sturdy and after few uses becomes loose. The washers were totally missing, only screws were there, some had broken wing nuts.It is made in such a way that after some time it will not be able to hold properly & become loose, not just the angle, the screws will also loosen.It is a heavy stand and could have been more innovative and useful but it seems they made 1 design for someone and are just selling that.Contacted them and it took them few days to complete 1 chat conversation.! I asked for some customization and was informed that it will be done in next batch. Then it took them 2 months to send me photos of the item they had made, that too after numerous reminders in between. Then after giving them my address it was still not shipped for 9-10 days and still haven't heard from them. So after total of 3.5 months later, no result, no custom order despite their word of sending me along with washers and screws and I have a loose stand for embroidery. Just shows what kind of company it is, they do not understand the need of an embroiderer, have only 1 bulky product for embroidery.I have tried that electomania pedal shaped stand also, that too is not helpful... sadly have not found good stands at reasonable prices and it seems many people have no interest in hand embroidery else there would have been more variety available

I had been looking for a good embroidery stand for several months and was about to order one from the Amazon UK site and decided to check one last time on the India site and was very pleased to find this stand and immediately ordered it. I received the stand in a few days and have been using it since.I am quite happy with it. I love that I can use different size hoops on the stand, something I couldn’t do on my previous stand. It is made of solid wood, is quite stable and the wing nut system makes it easy to adjust the stand at different heights and angles. As you can see in the pictures you can set the hoop at the angle that works for you and also tilt and turn over the hoop to tie off threads on the back.The seller also contacted me to get feedback and suggest improvements. The one thing I think they could improve on is increasing the height of the vertical part of the frame on which the hoop is placed. It can then become a floor stand. `Currently as you can see in the picture, I have placed it on a stool (also adjustable height) and at max height of the stool, this is working really quite well for me. I am very happy to a) find the product, b) get delivery in a few days, and c) that it is working pretty well so far for me.

I took risk on ordering this product, i think its a bit expensive so i give 4 stars, but all in all its great and helps alot.

The media could not be loaded.  There is a bend in the base which is making it unstable.I requested for exchange and after exchange i got even the worse. Item is rusted. Very bad packaging as well.
