Queen Softside Pillow Top Complete Waterbed with Mattress, Foundation, Frame, Heating System, Conditioner & Electric Pump

This is a wonderful bed. It took some time to setup, but then we are in our late 60's and it takes more time for us to do anything anyway, but once setup, It was Awesome!! This bed is so comfortable, and for the price, it beats the cost of a regular bed and far cheaper. Now will tell how well it holds up, but it appears to be very well made, and the seller seems willing to help with answering questions etc. The bed was shipped out of NY and we purchased the same exact bed here local which did not have in stock and would ship from Denver and after 2 months it still had not come in, so we ordered this one on Amazon, and it was here in less than 2 weeks, and we are very happy with it.

Instructions were straight forward. I’ve had a hard side before and definitely glad I got a softside. The pillow top is the softest pillow top I’ve felt. Very good quality. I actually wake up earlier because I get solid sleep now and don’t wake up tired. Thank you!

This waterbed was so easy to assemble. I did it on my own. Fit on my old soft sided waterbed platform perfectly. Didn't need the bed rail package at all.I had been looking for a new waterbed mattress for years and was sleeping on a regular mattress. So nice to get back into a waterbed again.The pump that comes with it works great!! You need to purchase a 6-10 foot hose to work with it. I overfilled it and had to let some water out.Lots of heavy packages so was glad when delivery man helped bring it inside. Make sure the manufacturer orders a truck with a lift gate on it.Would recommend it to anyone!!!!

Fairly easy set up and fill. Got the 95% Waveless and it works well, just a hint of movement, no waves so you dont notice when your mate moves. Stays warm. matress is heavy duty and should last a long time. i'm happy with the product and the company support was good.

This is the most FABULOUS bed I've ever had!. I had an 85% baffled waterbed years ago. When my Select Comfort wore out, I knew I wanted a waterbed. This soft side bed is much easier to change sheets than the hard side. I chose the 90% filled (baffled). Talk about comfort! The only downside is...... I hate to get out of it in the morning.

This bed is made of good quality materials. The company is very good to work with. The bed did not work for us though as it was too cumbersome to put together. We ended up shipping it back- very expensive to do so make VERY sure it is what you want before ordering.

This bed works just perfectly for us - 5'4, 130 lb and 6'2 190 lb - and both had a good first night sleep on the softside bed, 90% waveless with lumbar support. We took apart the base and drawer set from our existing headboard, used the frame that came with the waterbed, placed three 1x6 under each three-set of legposts for support (it also raised the frame so the headboard assembly aligned with the existing holes in the headboard).So far, so good. Customer service was prompt when needed, for example, we weren't sure what type of "waveless" to purchase, and we had trouble locating the instructions. As each step, customer service responded by email quickly.Buying something like this online presents a logistical challenge (harder to box up and take to UPS), and brick & mortar waterbed stores are pretty much non-existent anymore, so we were glad to read reviews, find facts on You Tube, etc.We highly recommend this product.

Can not say enough good words about this company and product! They have went way beyond to make sure we were happy with this whole process of changing over to our new waterbed. Will only deal with them from here on out! Bed was great but HIGHLY recommend when filling or draining ALWAYS use a brand new hose pipe or one only used for this reason and stored inside and use inside water, filtered if you can! We are not sure really what happen but the water did get contaminated in the bladder and the odor was just horrible. The company sent us a different bladder and the smell is much better but will take time to get rid of it on the pillow top. If I could give them 20 stars we would! Wonderful customer service and always got right back to us very fast with any questions we had.
