Great result, but not builder friendly.
I had a hard time deciding the number of stars to review. Once put together, the bike is absolutely adorable, the basket is perfect for my puppy to ride along with me, and it is great for this girl with terrible balance issues, and a great solution for me, as I can not balance on a regular bike.Putting together: oh my goodness, am I lucky my stepdad is great at putting things together and figuring things out. He can put almost everything together, and builds things from scratch. With that being said, this took him a full 3 hours. There is no way I would have been able to do this on my own. (I am a 30 year old woman, just FYI) We are probably going to take it to a bike shop to work on it, and adjust the gears, either way. This is not a bike that’s builder friendly, or able to be put together by a beginner hoping for the best.

This is a great bike!
Thiis is long so I warn you in advance dont read if you dont have patience. . . . . . . . I love this bike. It is sturdy and beautiful. Unfortunately the rise bar is a little too high for me. I had to pay to have bike assembled and now I will have to order a new seat as the original seat is too small. I also need to purchase new pedals with straps. Now with all that said I still rate this bike a 4 or 5. The parts I have to order are because I have mobility, balance and other physical deterrents that I did not realize would be a hindrance to riding a bike. So l encourage you to be far more truthful to yourself than I was when I ordered. I thought the fact that it was an adult triycle that would taķe care of any issues I might face. The seller delivered in a timely manner; one fender was slightly bent. Other than that all the pieces were there. I look forward to riding my bike soon.

Excellent quality and customer service .
Harder to put together and adjust brakes and derailers. But once done it is a bike to be proud of and enjoy. And customer service was really helpful. I would recommend them to everyone.

I love the bike! I got the Star Spangled bike. Rode it the first time today.
I took my time putting it together. I watched the video which helped. Ran into a few problems, but am figuring them out one at a time. On the chain, I couldn't get their thing to work, but pliers worked fine. Had to get a taller seat post and new seat first thing. While the seat back looks nice in the pictures. it didn't work with my rear. Also the seat was too close to the handle bars, getting a longer seat post moves the seat back a bit and the additional couple of inches works better for my legs. It took me a while to figure out the shifter, but I finally got it working. Got the front brake working also, (I hate adjusting front brakes). Only tighten the back tires until snug, get them too tight and it's hard to pedal. I tried riding it a few times around my yard and had a lot of trouble with the steering. I changed the tires to mountain bike tires. (Ordered them from Walmart and found a video on how to do it.) Finally figured out that I needed a lot more air pressure in the tires (I have them at 60 lbs psi now), and the steering works great. I live in the country and the new tires work better on gravel roads. Finally, got everything adjusted and took it for a ride down to my neighbors today and rode half way back (had to walk the rest of the way (up hill slope). My legs need to get a LOT stronger! Noticed my front tire was wobbly which means the spokes need adjusting. I found a video that shows how to do it and have ordered the spoke wrench that I need to adjust them. When I get those adjusted, it should work great. Am looking forward to riding my bike a lot in the future. I think I'm almost an expert on fixing my bike now! My neighbor was admiring my Star Spangled Bike.

VERY ANNOYED, don't bother with this.
My husband bought this for me for my birthday June 4th. It finally arrived 4 days ago (it's 6/29/20 now)First off, it's FRUSTRATING (yes, IN CAPS!) to even start to put thing thing together. The bike in the manual is red, use a WHITE bike so the stupid pieces stick out more and are much easier to actually make out! They have this really dumb chat of the steps with little happy and frowny faces supposedly indicating how hard each step is. They should have just had red dots with X's for eyes and razor teeth for each step. The chain was the absolute WORST. Black chain on black gears against a dark, red bike. Just brilliant. On, and the light yellow arrows on the white page that are nearly impossible to see was a great touch, salt in the wound. He has been at this with and without help, looking up step by step videos, looking over the ridiculous "manual" for four days now.He bought this for me because I have agoraphobia, deep depression, P.T.S.D. all associated with extreme anxiety and tension. This bike was supposed to be my big, huge birthday surprise so that we could all ride as a family and I could go to the grocery store when needed to grab a few things and hopefully start to gain some sort of confidence. All this THING has done has made our lives miserable. It was supposed to help us and it's done nothing but ticked everyone off who has come across it.The manual is nearly impossible to actually see because of the color scheme these people have chosen to go with, it does NOT come with all the tools you need to put it together, the manual does not stress when they have turned the bike upside down for certain steps so when there is an up-close shot of a certain part; you cannot tell how they have it.I'm so upset with this bike, I literally cried half the night last night because all my daydreaming of being on this bike have been blown away. My husband refuses to give up, but I want a refund, I don't want to return the thing I want to put it in a car crusher like in the Stephen King movie "Christine" and just go to Walmart and buy one already made.

THE FINISH AND FUNCTION OF THIS BIKE IS HORRIBLE
product came boxed and undamaged, packaged well.found the finish to be a joke, with obvious touchups and runs in both the paint and the clear.the instructions are lacking in direction. once assembled, found the seat to move forward and backwards no matter how tight it is, its unsafe to ride. also the handle bars will move, again no matter how tight they are. This is a unsafe product, would not recommend to anyone, ever
