This book is actually awesome. I am getting more organized with my health documents and all my medical tests and keeping track of labs drawn and so forth. This book is well organized!

I am really happy with this planner. To be able to have all of my medical details in one place along with a calendar and symptoms is amazing. It is easy to use. For someone with chronic illness and frequent infections it brings a lot of peace of mind that when I have a flare I can refer to this to help me remember what to take, or that my spouse can look at it and know how to help me or how to tell emergency services exactly the medicines I am on.The habit tracker and monthly review are nice touches too to help with keeping a positive perspective moving into the next month.It is very heavy, so it’s not something I bring around with me. It lives on my bedside table.

This was a very special find and didn't really even know if I would find a product like this since I feel it is such a niche market. I purchased this for a family member diagnosed with breast cancer and she mentioned she wanted a notebook to keep track of her journey and organize her appointments, notes, etc. in one place. I stumbled upon this organizer and felt it had tabs, built in calendar and notes section for exactly what she wanted. She was sooo excited when I gifted this to her. She takes it everywhere with her and even loves the playful stickers that remind her to find some fun and laughter in her process.

So I love the set up of this but some areas could be improved beautiful beautiful quality makes you feel good holding the book. I would love to see maybe a yearly tracker like for people who have chronic conditions or move around a lot it would be beneficial to track all their diagnosis is their lab works and their x-rays and imaging and their specialist at least in a yearly format that would be really awesome so they could have the book a present and past that way they could advocate for their health this is why I bought the book to advocate for my own health! Would definitely definitely buy consistent paper to track and secondary binders if it was a looseleaf binder type. But to get me started on what I plan on doing this is the perfect thing at the moment. The box it comes in as fancy when you touch it when you feel it you feel fancy and I really really love the rose gold beautiful color. I have two more journals arriving I can’t wait to see them all together and look at them. The fact that the password book matched my medical book perfectly which I’m using it for medical passwords perfect the extra stickers to document some things along the way phenomenal. Thank you clever fox I would love to see more products like this. Maybe matching pens an pencils 😉 for those of of with the need to have it match 🥰

This is my second clever fox journal. I am still trying to figure out which one is the best for me. Or if the Walmart journals that I use are the best. I bought this to easily track 10 meds that I take daily. The medication supplement tracker page could be organized differently. There’s no way that I could track 10 medications monthly with this journal. The section that I will use the most is the symptom tracker. I bought this to see if I can pinpoint when I’m starting to get a cold, sinus infection, or some other respiratory problem. There is a monthly review page with the biggest wins, how I feel about myself well-being a happy and a next month better, but it’s only one page out of every month for you to write in so I’m wondering how this would be managed with looking at it so frequently. I think the journal could be condensed down into something that is more lightweight and easier to carry around from doctor appointment to doctor appointment. It’s a bit bulky and heavy.

I’m in healthcare. 50% of the time my data is saved in a program the other 50% are fast notes with time and dates. I’m a caregiver for an 80 year old man whom has had more than 6 major surgeries and has congestive heart failure. I used one for last year and bought a new one for this year. This is a great beacon for everyone to see what exactly is going on with a patient. Plenty of pages for wiggle room to make your own format/template and save important documents in the back of the book. The stickers. Well if you’re a healthcare worker stickers always make you smile. This product is for all ages. Great buy.

There was a strong smell of fresh paper but I aired it out overnight and it was fine.At first I found this overwhelming. But then I read the manual that came with it and just started filling in each section. This is excellent as I am dealing with a heavy diagnosis. I like how it will help me focus on wellness habits along the way. The stickers add an extra layer of fun on what is a very unhappy process.Way beyond expectations. It will also be a beautiful gift because the unboxing is amazing.
