It works as a tanning/sun accelerator.

Does this come in different tanning colors like light, medium or dark? I have olive skin tone and I wonder if this will give me a tan?

No, it comes in a creamy coffee color and you need to be tank before use. I live in Hawaii and am very tan btw. It's a good product and offers little protection. I like the 8 it gets you nice and dark.

Hawaiian Tropic does put an experiation date on the cap, it is stamped in. I just bought two at Publix & both have exp. dates.
