Really loved the flavour. Have to say that I've tested other brands' buckwheat too... But this one has no match.

NOT toasted
If you want toasted buckwheat, this is not toasted. Packaging says toasted, but it is raw. The grains are mostly green. Does not cook properly. After 3 attempts to cook off water I still have to add more cooking time. Taste is somewhat bland as it is missing that great toasted flavor. The next batch may really be toasted, if you want to take a chance. I usually buy Nutribuck, which is excellent, but they are not currently available.
