These snails have grown healthy for 2 months now. They arrived in great condition, shipped well. How fun to get snails in the mail. The color is bright and beautiful in tank. I prefer this color to the darker colors I have. This is my second set of snails from seller. And all are healthy. I recommend this seller and will buy from again!

Each of the 3 snails went different betta tanks and are thriving. They are very active, entertaining, beautiful and growing quickly. My algae issue is now minimal. I supplement with algae wafers for snails also purchased from Amazon. I chose regular free shipping and the snails had no issues. I followed the acclimating instructions and they started perking up right away. Photos are of the snail I kept for my tank.

When I received them they were in a plastic bag wrapped in a white puffy bag in a box. Not heat pad at all since it’s winter. They water looked ok as described in the letter and that it was normal for them to float or not move for up to a week. That if they haven’t moved in a week to contact them. There wasn’t a rotten smell when i opened the bag. I followed the steps on the letter on how to care for them. I had them 3 days and nothing. So I took them out and they had a smell to them. I guess the travel to Texas was too much. I sent a message to them and said that they don’t do refunds or returns. I think maybe to save people time they should put that in the description so people don’t waste their money, and they need to not sale them at certain times of the year as well if they don’t plan on replacing them if they don’t survive. As it states on Amazon I had until January to return them. I was really hoping that it worked out because I really wanted yellow snails. I have brown ones but always wanted yellow ones. Hopefully I get lucky and find a pet store that has them. As they say DOA is not there problem or if they die a few days in the tank it’s not their problem so they assume people have money to just give a way to them. Beware if you don’t like giving free money away! W would search all specialty fish stores as well if petco etc doesn’t have them. If I could give zero stars I would.

This is a nice package deal of snails and shrimps. All creatives arrived well-packaged. Snails were in a container with a wet towel and some moss. The shrimps came in a bag with some moss. The shrimps were all alive and well. 2 of them were bright and good size. One was small and clear and almost didn't notice it. There was even a fourth one but a tiny baby that I would of tossed out if I didn't keep the moss. The snails looked good but unfortunately, they didn't make the trip even after acclimating them as instructed. Contacted seller and was able to get a replacement for the snails. The replacement snails arrived and were all alive and are very active in my tank. If you're looking for a packaged deal, this is a good snail and shrimp set.

I love my snails and they are a great addition to my tank! I was skeptical ordering live animals online for the first time, but all three arrived safely, and two months later, they are thriving. I got two yellows and a brown, which ended up being two females and a male. One female has already laid an egg clutch! They do a great job helping to clean up the tank, and love to munch on blanched zucchini and blueberries.

Package arrived on time. Packaging was decent. Snails look as shown. Came with three snails, all different sizes (which I like). I acclimated the snails and then put them in the tank. Two of them have been very active and one snail is dead :( … Edit: My snails are doing great! Still alive and had babies :)

One out of three snails alive and doing well. The included instructions as well as QR info says to wait for 48 hours as well as instructions to acclimate the snails. I have sent a chat request to replace the dead snail, but still waiting for a response.... I live in Hawaii so didn't know this is an East Coast[USA] company, so consider this when ordering. It might make a difference on 'dead or alive' arrivals.
