I also use their bodywash, which I also enjoy. But the soap's scent and lather seems a bit different which i like a lot. And it does not leave the skin dry. And its cheaper than the bodywash.Overall, it is a great product for a good price.

I love this soap. It never dries out my skin and just feels good to use. Yes, there is a scent. I got the rum scented soap and must admit I am addicted to it. I don't even begin to know how to describe this scent. It is beyond great. The soap is very expensive but I manage to pull together the money just because I love it so much. I never would have spent this much on soap if I hadn't gotten to try this brand at a hotel I was staying at. Brilliant marketing, let us try this highly addictive product for free and then we are willing to buy it. - - Thank you Malin and Goetz , I love your products. I highly recommend.

The irresistible fragrance offers a different experience. Compared to directly spraying perfume, the scent of the soap is milder, but it's the beloved dark rum that I enjoy. I would happily recommend it to anyone who is interested!

This M&G soap rose above the other "men's soap" options on the market (Kiehls, Dr. Squatch, Jack Black etc). Although there's no roughness to the bar for (as some advertise) dermabrasion purposes, it cleans well and exfoliates fine. The smell is best activated through a warm shower and it rinses off without any residue or additive feeling on the skin. Previously, my partner used his Dove bar and I had my own M&G bar; we now only use this bar soap and regularly have 2 restocked.While I only use this in the shower, I imagine this would be fine as a hand bar next to a sink.

Used this for the first time at The Graduate hotel in Athens GA while visiting UGA and I fell in love. Gentle enough and strong enough in all the right places. The smell is delicious and it’s lasted 4.5 months so far and still goin strong.

This soap lasts about 2 weeks in the shower for one person. The scent was very subtle, almost indeseable.I prefer the liquid version that can last for a couple of months and has an enveloping, aroma-therapeutic scent.It's a bummer because I wanted to opt for the more eco-friendly bar soap, but it just wasn't worth it at this price point.

Nice soap, but it doesn’t stand out compared to more affordable alternatives. Too expensive for what it is. I was hoping for a more boozy, dark rum fragrance that would last, but this essentially comes off as classic bay rum scent, (though the official notes are a tad different). I recommend Duke Cannon’s Bay Rum(<$10) as an alternative; it has a similar scent, it is bigger, and lasts much much longer. I have noticed with most rum soaps, the scent doesn’t linger on skin beyond the shower door, this one is no exception.

I love this soap. The smell is delicious and it works very well to cut through grease and dirt, even getting food coloring out of hands. We are replacing liquid soap with bars of soap and although it’s expensive, this soap lasts a long time so it’s worth the cost.
