Returned, very unresponsive
We returned it. When we first installed it, my husband was fairly happy with it, but it was never responsive enough for me. I played with ALL the settings, and set it to the most sensitive, but it still required me to shake it a few times before it would respond. Even if it was idle for a few minutes, it would require to be "reawakened" regardless of whether the mouse was set to "on," or any of the software settings. After less than a week, my husband became annoyed with it as well because it wasn't responding to him either. It may have been the batteries, but to have to change or recharge the batteries every week is ridiculous. Also, did anyone else have problems with their computer not long after they installed the mouse software? We had to revert to a restore point created just before we installed the software because it fell into a reboot, troubleshoot, reboot cycle that wasn't ending. It could just be a coincidence, but since that's the only change we made to the computer during that time, I'm just curious if anyone else had similar problems.

I am extremely pleased with this mouse!
I originally purchased this and another mouse one night after my previous one stopped working.I have slightly large hands and this one feels relatively small, but it works very well! It fits into my hand very snugly, with the back part of my palm resting against the table when I'm using it.-The separate speed settings are really nice to have to choose between (I use the 2nd highest setting)-Automatic energy saving is an incredible feature and only takes a click to turn back on.-The side buttons are extremely responsive. The back one is slightly far back for my thumb to reach naturally, but after a couple of hours it just flows naturally. The front button however is exactly where I need it to be, and it has a slightly raised bump feature that helps you differentiate it from the rear button without having to worry about pressing the wrong one.-The 'T' has a toggle switch on the back that allows you to turn the light on/off. While I never use it (In an attempt to save as much battery power as I can in the long run) it's really nice to be able to choose if you want it on or off.-The USB plug is a pretty small, average size for these types of wireless mice, and hasn't interfered or gotten in my way at all since I started using itI would definitely recommend this mouse for anybody that has a need for any general use mouse or for a casual gamer who doesn't need multiple buttons on the sides needed for your game.

Decent
Not the best mouse I've ever used but certainly not the worst.Cons:In the instruction manual, it says you shouldn't use it over a black surface or mouse-pad, but I bought a black mouse-pad at the same time I bought this, so that was kind of frustrating. While using it over this black mouse-pad, it often gets stuck and I need to pick it up and run my fingers over the sensor to wake it back up. Also, the little part that plugs into the USB port is poorly constructed. The pieces that make it up are not secured to each other. If you pull it out of the USB port without paying attention, you will probably pull the plastic shell off and have to yank the actual USB stick out of the port. Then you'll have to put the thing back together. It's a huge nuisance.Pros:It scrolls well, it's acceptably responsive, and it looks nice. For the money, it's worth it if you don't use your computer a ton. Definitely don't buy this if you're a gamer. It's more suited for someone who uses his computer moderately; web surfing, checking email and social media, and creating documents are the tasks that it handles relatively well.In hindsight I might have rather purchased a better performing mouse, but it still works fine.

Updated to 4 stars because of customer service.Original: Appears to use batteries much faster than advertised. I'm using new eneloop 1900 rechargeable batteries. The 1st one lasted maybe a month. In fairness, the emblem remained lighted (I didn't know it could be turned off) the whole time. Will update if performance changes...Update: While the performance of the mouse didn't improve - had to replace the batteries on a monthly basis - the customer service was excellent. Their communications were timely and they refunded the purchase price for the mouse without hesitation. As a side note, We have two other Teknet mice (M002 Bulk FRP358) and both are performing as expected...

Ergonomic but awful battery life.
Mouse is comfortable in hand and larger than the average wireless mouse you'd find at a brick N mortar store. The sensitivity and all that is fine. The battery life barely lasts one week. I stopped using this thing cause every time I'd boot up my computer the damn mouse was dead.I turned it off like I was supposed to.I'd like to think that mine was defective. If you're looking for a wireless mouse look for the Anker brand. Had one previously and maybe changed the batteries once after 4 months?
