Shower control handle, faceplate, and shower spout
This was a very nice set, the install was quite easy, and it functions very well. There are better ones you can get, but I like these very much, especially for the price. I would buy again.

Didn't come with a hex key for the handle set screw
There was no 7/64 hex key for the set screw in the handle, but they didn't promise one, either. It would have been no biggie if I was at home where most of my tools are, but I was 40 miles away. I had metric hex keys, but they wouldn't fit. Seems like most products these days come with hex keys if they're needed for the install. They're cheap. So now I have to wait until I go out there again to finish installing the handle. *sigh*I guess it was my fault, but an ordinary Phillips head screw would have been fine, considering all the other hardware was Phillips.Pretty good quality, it fit the Moen shower valve like it should, and the finish looks good.

It doesn't come with the valve and to purchase it is like a waste of time VERY EXPENSIVE
I can't use it because the valve is VERY EXPENSIVE don't purchase unless you decide to spend an arm and a leg

Good stuff, but the description says the escutcheon is metal-it's plastic
OEM packaging, but the escutcheon is chrome-plated plastic-not metal as described The handle is heavy-weight metal. The shower sprayer looks good, but I used a 3rd party handheld. I replaced the original, 10+ year old pieces that were covered with hard water residue.

This product came as advertised. Installed easily, works fine. Exactly what one would hope for in a budget purchase. In my experience, Moen is a good buy.

perfect trim kit
we switched from matte finish to this and it was such a great decision, this is a great price and a great alternative to switching out the entire faucet system

Did not come with internal controls.
Needed to purchase a full kit elsewhere as there were no internal controls. Could not return with a 30 day return window by the time my renovations started. Do not recommend as it is more expensive to purchase this and a separate control piece than a kit with everything in it. Huge let down.
