I really like that this pan isn't another Teflon coated pan, which is so unhealthy. Instead it has a Thermolon coating that is non-stick, very easy to clean, releases no toxic fumes at high temperatures, the coating will never blister or peel, and it is 100% safe to use in contact with all foods. I love the deep sides which allow me to make dishes with multiple ingredients. The lid and handle are both heat resistant, the pan can be used on all cooktops, it is a very well made and durable frying pan. I will be looking for other cookware made by Ailwyn to replace my current cookware. I would highly recommend this frying pan, you won't be disappointed!

Be aware that this pan's bottom is not good. After several times using it on my new glass top stove I noticed it has left permanent damage on the burner. Will not come off. As you can see the pans bottle has oxadised and the black comes off all the time . I did NOT put in dishwasher it has been hand washed ONLY!! This happened after only six or seven times of use. I am not only disappointed I am angry because my stove is only 6 mo. Old and the marks are permanent!!

I wish I read more. But first off this is not dishwasher safe. I did read you can remove the handle and then it will be okay in the discharge (after I bought the product I seen this). That just is a pain in the ass. Let's be real. Who has time for that. Who has time to hand wash everything. I also didn't know until getting it and reading the paperwork, you cannot use Pam Spray. I Pam the crap out of everything before I cook. I do not like things sticking. I hate trying to clean up after a sticky mess. So I am beyond nervous to try this pan. I am in the middle of a debate of returning it or trying it and praying it works. I have search and read review after review about pans similiar to this one and none of the reviews compare.Looks and feel of the pan, it is incredible. I love the color. Not heavy. Deep. Perfect size for what I wanted it for.If I try it, I'll update this review soon.So, I decided to try the pan. I have put it through the test. Cooking dishes I know have been a pain to wash in other pans. You know the sticky food that you gotta soak the pan overnight, hand wash, then put in the dishwasher to get clean? Even after a homemade cheese sauce that I left on the stove for a couple hours after dinner. This cheese was dried onto the pan. IT WASHED OFF! Just washer. No scrubbing needed. The cheese just came right off. I am in impressed. This is a very easy clean pan. Faster than the dishwasher. This is now my new favorite pan.

Don't be misled by the GERMAN THERMOLON and USA BLUE in the marketing text. This product is manufactured in China.That said, it's a great product. I love the way it looks, and it's a joy to cook in. Time will tell how it holds up to wear, but after a few days of heavy use, it's as good as new and my new go-to for cooking anything I don't need to pop in the oven. The non-stick is very slick, and gives a good sear. The lid fits well, and the silicone edging seems sturdy - I'll stand it on edge while I'm cooking, and it hasn't warped yet. Only minor hot-spotting on a gas range - gets up to temp quick, and the heat is impressively consistent for how light weight it is. Not cast iron level, obviously, but it's on par with our Calphalon pan of similar diameter that weighs twice as much.So far I've used this to brown ground meat, saute aromatics, make gravy, cook burgers, simmer broth, make french toast and omelettes (no stuck egg residue, perfect bake/steaming in the pan with lid on the stovetop), and heat syrup (swirls and pours out cleanly, no stirring implement necessary). Quality cooking, easy clean up. Love it.
