LIFX Clean A60 1200 Lumens [B22 Bayonet Cap], Full Colour with Antibacterial HEV, Wi-Fi Smart LED Light Bulb, No bridge required, Compatible with Alexa, Hey Google, HomeKit and Siri [Energy Class F]

I decided to go with LIFX products rather than Philips Hue because they’re products are much more expensive and require a hub but you don’t really get much more for the significant extra amount you pay. This LED strip is really bright and looks amazing in all of its colours, I really like how it has multiple zones that light up different colours and you can paint each zone whatever colour you want. They well with Apple HomeKit although I had two slight issues, so you might see other reviews complaining about how they had issues with the lights just not responding and having to constantly turn the lights on/off 5 times, I think this is because of the lack of a bridge/hub. So when I originally set them up they were not being responsive half the time but I was in the process of also setting up a HomePod Mini (Apple’s smart speaker) and that automatically defaulted itself as a Home hub, after this my problem disappeared, they have now always been responsive. It also made my other HomeKit compatible devices such as my TVs responsive and actually be able to control them when I’m away, so I guess a hub has its uses. The other issue was I wanted to have it so the lights would turn off when I left my house and turn on when I arrived, but when I first set that up on the Home app on the evening my lights kept turning off then eventually turning on but to white. Now I can’t be too sure wether it was the settings specifically but it did stop after I removed the settings and I haven’t tried with them again, who knows maybe having a hub might help with that.The app itself is very intuitive and has a fantastic layout with lots of great ways to interact with multiple products in multiple rooms, the animations and effects you can add are great along with the scenes and schedules.I will definitely be buying more LIFX products!

Lights work perfectly!

Bit expensive but great overall.

First purchased these a few years ago, due to travelling around the country for work and I wanted to be able to give the impression that somebody was home due to the ability to have the lights come on and off in different rooms. Love how I can tell my smart speaker to turn on and off the lights. Slowly replacing them (nothing wrong with the oens I have replaced as the newer ones have increased in lumens from 800 to 1200.No issues linking these up, simply replace in socket, use thesupplied barcode via my app and that is it. It really is that simple

So buying this and I really regret it.Reconnecting to wifi is a problem. It does not even stay connected to a 2.4GHz network over night.It was overpriced as well compared to other products and I replaced it with a product with the same price for half the cost.The app works and it does connect with Google. But it disconnects and fails on firmware upgrade.When it was bright it works very nice though and is quite bright.As a tech person having multiple things in my home like Google home and other iot this was horrible addition, sadly I can't even return it as I threw away the package and box.

This is a product u wouldn't regret buying pricey but the set up is simple an the app is pretty solid

Great device, it's very adhesive, highly recommend cleaning the area for greater hold.Love the integration with Google Home, Razer Chroma and really looks good with a gaming setup.

Great light strip, deep colours and great control with the LIFX app. Unfortunately Alexa does not recognise that the light strip supports colour and so only shades of white are available to Alexa voice control.

Super produit,simple a connecter,et mieux que le Phillips,pas besoin d acheté en plus le bridge

Je pensais que les problèmes signalés en commentaires sur ce produit étaient des cas isolés, aujourd’hui je regrette mon achat.Après déballage, j’ai installé le light strip et il fonctionnait parfaitement. J’ai déjà 4 ampoules Lifx donc je connaît la procédure d’installation et je n’ai jamais eu aucun problème particulier.3 jours après l’installation du light strip, pendant que je parcours l’application iOS LifX, je m’aperçois qu’il y a une mise à jour du micro logiciel recommandée. Après avoir fait la mise à jour, le light strip n’affichait plus les couleurs que je demandais et ne répondait plus correctement. J’ai alors décidé de réinitialiser le light strip pour le configurer à nouveau sur mon réseau wifi avec mon iPhone mais voilà : c’est impossible !Le light strip refuse systématiquement de se connecter. Mon iPhone est mis à jour sur la dernière version d’iOS. Après plusieurs tentatives, j’ai même configuré mon wifi en deux réseaux distincts 2,4 GHz et 5 GHz afin de forcer la connexion sur le 2,4 GHz comme le recommande Lifx mais rien n’y fait.C’est vraiment frustrant car je m’y connais un peu en informatique et j’ai déjà essayé tous les moyens proposés par le constructeur et sur les forums mais le light strip refuse de se reconnecter.Après quelques recherches en ligne, j’ai réalisé que le problème que je rencontre est bien connu et a même été vécu par de nombreux utilisateurs parfois de manière similaire. Aucune solution réellement efficace n’est proposée par LIFX aujourd’hui à part un remplacement de produit mais le problème particulier de connectivité sur ce produit persiste.Bien que je sois satisfait de mes autres ampoules Lifx, je déconseille fortement le Light strip. C’est une honte que ce produit soit toujours en vente !

My Lifx power supply of my strip LEDs (baught 1 year ago on Amazon in April 2023) stopped working and is making strange BIPS noises at regular 1/2s intervalls. I immedialty unpluged it, hopefully it did not caught fire when i was out. Very low quality led and very dangerous.Anyway it was making buzzing noise when using the LED above 80% intensity from day 1 of use.Lifx support answered me that it was indeed a hardware issue but that they can't even send me back a remplacement power supply because "Unfortunately, the LIFX brand has recently changed ownership and does not currently have a presence in your region that would allow us to assist with handling your issue."I would let anyone here thinking of purchasing this product to makes his own opinion about this low quality product and Lifx support help...

Utilisé pour colorer mon bureau ce bandeau est médiocre. Il faut le connecter à chaque utilisation. Pourtant, j'ai un réseau wifi 2.4GHz comme il est demandé et j'ai fait appel au service client qui m'a communiqué une procédure fastidieuse pour reconnecter le bandeau led au réseau. Après plusieurs semaines à reconnecter tous les jours, lors de la dernière utilisation, je n'ai pas réussi à le reconnecter. Il y a beaucoup d'autres personnes qui ont le même problème. J'ai fait une erreur en achetant ce produit. J'abandonne et je vais acheter un autre matériel. Passez votre chemin, n'achetez pas cet article.
