Amazing and natural product… the color and post treatment it’s amazing

I read several reviews before purchasing Clairol Natural Instincts hair color. I used to use the older version on a regular basis. When my grays became harder to combat I started having my hair professionally colored, but still used semi-permanent color. My hairdresser has been closed due to the Covid-19 lockdown. I couldn't stand my gray any longer and decided to use my former standby. Some reviews mentioned that it was more difficult to use and the color was not consistent. I did NOT find that to be the case. It was easy to use. I colored my hair about a month ago. The color was precisely what I expected and had hoped it would be. The color has not faded nor turned brassy. I think the new Natural Instincts is an improvement over the previous formula. I am so pleased I bought another box to redo my color when it needs it again. If you are reluctant to try it based on a few negative reviews, please reconsider. I had a great experience with it.

Cheap crap

This newer formula in the green and white boxes is a disappointment. Followed the directions, which are different from the old formula, the color was too aggressive and looked like I left it in too long, was drying ( I loved the old formula because it left my hair silky and healthy feeling), the conditioner is no longer AWESOME (seriously the old conditioner was almost worth the whole box), the scent used to be really nice and inoffensive...now it is meh. A real disappointment!

There is nothing cool about cook brown. Very red and brassy
