Feel nice good balance very impressed with it over all. good stitching only thing is it shows it coming with a swivel but mine didn’t have one

Great at the beginning for the $$
Mine got the inner tube all outta whack and I couldn’t fix it w/o breaking it. But if you really know how to mount and maintain them should be good. As long as you’re not Mike Tyson! Lol.

This bag seems solid!
The media could not be loaded. I had never used a speed bag. Initial thought was it was small? But seems to hold air, bounce, and act as it should. No complaints here. It even comes with a little pump. Nothing fancy but it works.

As a coach/gym owner it's always difficult to find something either inexpensive or that will last. This is both!
