The touch screen becomes crazy sometimes and becomes unresponsive. Poor quality of sound and user interface. Not really recommended

Good seller and perfect product

I purchased the 10.1" android stereo to give my 2006 F250 a backup camera and some newer car options. For the price and all that it does earned it the 5 Stars. I post some pictures of the installation. Instructions aren't very good....but with so many possible different applications it would be impossible. Pictorially you can see what I did. I added holes on each side of the mounting kit for the brackets that I painted black to hide (painted the screws as well). I used screws with nylon insert nuts to keep them from backing out when installing the metal brackets to the plastic stereo installation kit....tighten them just enough so you can slide them with some effort. I recessed the front of the installation kit for clearance of the screws once I install the stereo I pushed it back to fully cover the hole behind the stereo. See pictures for details. I used the black and pink wire for the reverse camera on the stereo wire and tied into the rear taillight for the power to the camera itself. The installation kit is flimsy and pretty weak until you install it into the dash and install the 4 screws that hold the stereo to the metal brackets. I did only use 4 screws to mount the brackets to the installation kit because I wanted to have the option to tilt the stereo if I needed to. Once I installed the screws holding the stereo to the brackets....I pushed the stereo in closer to the dash eliminating most of the gap. I hope that helps. Tip: leave the protective clear film on the stereo until your finish with the install to prevent scratching the face of the stereo.

I want to apologize to anyone that may have used my previous review as a basis to their purchase of this thing.. it did work great at first but soon the radio stations changed without any help from me.. next the USB cables/ ports stopped reading media.. GPS works but unless you connect it to your phone Internet traffic updates are 0 ... I'm currently trying to get help from the manufacturer but since I can't video and drive at the same time.. and these issues occur while driving... customer service has stalled... Amazon will do a refund for the first 30 days but will not give you a replacement... I will update you if I receive any help from the manufacturer

Product update after 3 weeks of solid use. Head unit turns on and off multiple times does not get past Android startup mode. Going back and forth with customer service they have not offered replacement of the head unit or a shipping label. They want emailed video showing what's going on basically not believing me. I would look into buying a different head unit I'm just going to take this one as a loss Even though I had to custom make it and 3D print parts for it to fit into my F-150. I had a couple days just modifying the dash kit. Because this head unit will not fit into a double DIN standard opening Head unit turns off randomly, then does a full restart through Android mode. To get into a good settings luckily I found a review that you need to enter 8888 to get into factory car settings to really adjust settings. I don't like how the Bluetooth music has to go through the phone setting to get to your music on the dash. I don't like how you don't have an EQ through Bluetooth settings like you do on radio. I've been semi-pro installing head units for over 23 years and I installed a lot of stereos on my shop I was skeptical about this but I wanted to take a chance. I would definitely be keeping this radio except for that it turns off randomly and the problem with the Bluetooth just completely not working even though my phone is connected to the head unit.

I've had the same my car for a few months, so far it's been working great the sound is loud and clear it automatically connect to my Bluetooth, I only complain is that the home display is not really changeable, only the background. Also the GPS only record in kilometers per hour. Other than that I love this radio!
