Absolutely perfect size and shape for 2 pieces of equipment that I have purchased: The Sunny Row-N-Ride PRO and the Flybird Ab Workout Machine. Regular treadmill pads are too long and too wide, but this one is just perfect. It's fairly thin, and honestly you don't need more than what's there. The function is to protect your floor or carpeting, not to provide a lush squishy experience. Comes rolled up in a cardboard box, with plastic wrapping over the rolled-up mat. There is a slight plastic/rubber odor when first unboxing, but it should go away in a day or two. Nicely made with the SUNNY logo embossed at one end and a texture to hide the smaller dings/scrapes as the years go by. I currently have them sitting off center to hold down the curliest end to flatten it out, but you can see the overall size is just perfect. I searched a long time to find just the right mat, and I think I found it with the SUNNY mat!

The stepper platform and balance board use this mat for smooth, safe exercise while protecting the wood flooring. The exercise program is 5-7 days weekly. The mat is holding up very well and smoothly delivers noise free, odorless operation. Results are worth the price.

This mat does exactly what I needed it to. It’s sturdy, non-slip, and provides excellent protection for the floor under my treadmill and bike. The foam is thick enough to reduce noise and vibration but still firm so equipment doesn’t wobble. I also use it for stretching and light floor workouts, and it’s comfortable without sliding around. Easy to clean and rolls up for storage if needed. Overall, a durable and reliable mat that’s perfect for any home gym setup. Perfect price point also.

I was REALLY hesitant about getting this mat because of the poor reviews and photos showing ripped mats. However, I recently got a treadmill and took a chance on this mat. It’s so much better quality than I thought it would be. Thick and sturdy, easy to wipe clean, NO off-gassing smell. Does a good job protecting my hardwood floors. In fact, I’m so pleased with this mat that I just came back to buy two more (for spin bike and Gazelle elliptical). Now that I’ve seen the mat, I honestly do not understand how the other reviewers ripped theirs. What were they doing, dragging a knife across it?! Axe-throwing?! Stabbing it with scissors?! I can see how it would get ripped if you scooted a really sharp piece of metal across it, but that would happen with ANY mat. I swear, some folks expect this thing to be made out of titanium. The majority of home gym equipment has wheels, so I don’t really see ripping as a huge problem here. I truly think the photos we are seeing of ripped mats are either user error or shipping damage. Don’t let the negative reviews dissuade you. This mat is worth trying.

The mat is good either on carpet or flooring. I use it under my stationary bike.

It works great for my rowing machine. It's a little thinner than expected, but I'm okay that. I like that it's lightweight.

I use this for a Glider. It's certainly long enough but I use it on top of carpet. It's too thin for that. If it's on hardwoods I'm sure it would be fine. It's just very thin.

Came as advertised. Relatively good quality material. As per what we expected an exercise mat material to be, non slip and very easy clean and maintain. Was just wondering if they have a convenient carry bag to go along with.

This Sunny mat is super thin and light. It doesn't stick to the floor and will need occasional adjusting after the bike is used. I'm using it with the Marcy fold up exercise bike. It's a bit long on each end for the bike. But it's fine. Together, we're both under 200 pounds. So, the mat has no problems supporting both of us and shows no signs of tearing. 200 pounds+, I can't say if this mat would be strong enough or not. The dust doesn't stick to the mat like it would with rubber. It's easy enough to mop up. The texture hasn't been interesting to my cat. I don't think she noticed it's a mat and not an extra layer of flooring, thank goodness! As soon as she discovers, this mat is going to be shredded. Here's hoping it stays this way! It's a bit pricy for being just a basic mat. But if the quality stands up for a few years, it'll be worth the price. Here's hoping it doesn't dry out after a few months and crack. Sunny is a reputable brand, so it should be fine. Right now, I'm super happy with this purchase.
