Good product.
Good product for the price.

120V operation... Not meant for Indian market.
The fact that this uses 120V electrical supply alone is quite a negative point for this product. This means everytime I want to use this I have to find a step-down converter. This should have been mentioned in the details.

Quality glue gun
Had another glue gun that went south, and decided on buying this brand. Have had it for a few months now, and don't use it that much, but it does work very well, and nice to have the two heat settings. Feeds the glue sticks much better than the one I had before this one. No regrets on this purchase.
