Q: Does this product really "last 8 hours", as advertised? my lips seem to soak up a whole application of most products in 10 minutes. thanks!

No, I was disappointed in the product. Now sits at the bottom of my purse.

Q: How do you get the lip oil tube to start? I have done everything I can think of and no tint flows to the brush tip.

Turn on bottom and it flows to the brush. If not it must be broken return to store
