Great replica- it's made out of metal and even has the coin flipping sound. I compared the size to a quarter. It's slightly bigger. The Hearthstone box card it comes in is also usable again, the coin will fit snug if you choose to use is as a display.

The coin is great
It is weighted absolutely perfectly for flipping and makes a wonderful sound that is so very satisfying. Probably not worth $7.50 though.
