Black & Yellow Hazard Safety Floor Tape, 3 inch x 54 feet - Ideal for Walls, Floors, Pipes and Equipment.

It is difficult to buy something like this yellow-black tape because there are countless other options under seemingly randomly picked brand names. I picked this one for its 3" width and I am glad I did. This tape is sticky (we're using it on wood surfaces), vinyl is thick with excellent tensile strength so I could wrap it tautly around corners. The tape I got came in a matte finish and I wish it was glossy instead. Nonetheless, I feel lucky to have picked this one for its surprisingly good quality.

We use this tape to secure speaker wires to the floor for temporary sound installations. I also used it to make 'caution' stripes on the legs of the speaker stand tripods. This does the job of securing well, and is also more visible than simple black tape. I have not had anyone trip over wires since i started using this instead of black tape. It also does not leave behind the nasty residue that duct tape (or duck tape) does.

Works well; stays in place; good value.

The stuff is industrially strong. I don't recommend using it on light projects it is difficult to get off the roll very sticky and very strong. Like double the adhesion of Gorilla Tape. Amazing

Some people talked about it not being sticky enough....personally i think it's just the right balance between sticky enough to stay vs. too sticky and not coming up easily. I needed something to go down on smooth hard floor but i didnt' want it to leave any residue or be hard to get up when done for the day, this is perfect, you just have to rub it down good when applying, but at the end of the day it pulls right up and leaves no residue. if you're looking for something super sticky get duct tape or gorilla tape or something else, this is made for temporary use in my opinion and is what i needed.

This tape gets the job done, and is great for marking floors. I put some of this down on the concrete in an auto fab shop and it has held up nicely after a few months. It doesn't seem to be peeling up anywhere and I haven't seen any rips where we drag our welding cart over.

The media could not be loaded.  It sticks to itself more than anything else. Peels off so incredibly easy from walls and floors it's basically useless for hazard marking tape. Unfortunately I'm going to have to stick to name brands.I could even get this to stick to a freshly cleaned wall without it peeling off 30 mins later. It's really important that hazard markings stay in place. This was not usable. Would probably stick to paper.Has the same stickiness as scotch tape. Would not even stick to clean metal. Not good for marking anything.

Worked great on a step where people used to stumble on.
